Courses:
COURSE CONFIRMATION
Businesses/organizations must confirm numbers of participants or instructors required at least ten (10) working days prior to course date.
COURSE CANCELLATION
A) HEART BEAT INC. reserves the right to cancel a course up to seven (7) working days prior to course date. A course may be cancelled due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. Businesses/organizations will have the choice of a full refund or a re-scheduled course at a mutually convenient date.
B) Notice of a course cancellation from the business/organization must be received no more than ten (10) working days prior to course date to receive a partial refund. HEART BEAT INC. will charge for or withhold refunds for any courses cancelled with less than ten (1) working days notice.
RE-SCHEDULING OF COURSES
A) Businesses/organizations may re-schedule a course by providing ten (10) working days notice. There will be an administration charge for any course re-scheduled equal to 10% of the course fee, up to a maximum of $50.00, plus certain expenses.
B) Businesses/organizations who do not give ten (10) working days notice will be charged the full course fee.
NOTICE:
If an administration fee is being charged, method of payment must be confirmed a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to the course for the registration to be complete.In the event you have to cancel or transfer a course, please take note of deadlines and contact our office at 1-204-488-4439.

We will gladly accept and credit the full purchase price less a 20% restocking fee for merchandise returned in currently new and salable condition, within 30 days of invoice date. * Credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the merchandise. Please call for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning any items. RMA's are valid for 30 days.
Non-returnable items include those purchased for resale, bulk items, special orders and personalized items.
Warranties
Our warranty programs are administered and operated by the companies that manufacture the product. When you purchase a warranty from them we pass along your name, address, telephone number, email address, warranty purchased and information about the product purchased to the warranty company so that they can provide their service to you. We will do our best to assist our customers in resolving any warranty issues they may have with the manufacturer, however, Heart Beat Inc. does not offer any warranty on any of the products it sells.

We use the customer contact information to fill orders, contact purchasers to inform them of their order status, and to send promotional information.
