With SMART Track, expiration dates for your program’s batteries, pads and trained responders are constantly monitored, with automated alerts sent out at 90, 60 and 30 days prior to expiration.

Track training certification
By location, keep track of all your responders and the status of their training certification, helping ensure that you have up-to-date trained responders at each location.

Inspection tracking with automatic email reminders when inspections are due
SMART Track monitors your inspection dates and will automatically generate an email when they are due. A link will be provided in the email, which will take you directly to the “Log Inspections” page. You can update the log with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Escalation that ensures program issues and action items are addressed
Should any expiration or inspection notifications go unacknowledged, SMART Track activates the escalation feature and an email is sent to the program managers. This feature ensures that your company will remain in compliance even in the event of personnel turnover. It also drives a timely resolution of any program management issues.
